But, in 21st century life changed to some extent people started spending their most of time on electronic devices. People don’t have time to play sports and do exercise that the reason many people are facing stress, depression, anxiety etc these days. In this lock down I started playing sports like cricket, badminton, hopscotch, pitta gram etc on our roof top with my siblings. I really felt improvement in my health.  As we all know “HEALTH IS WEALTH” so we all need to take care of our health.  So we all mist be taken out time for sports and exercise.
